We offer Click & Collect from our Hertford store. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready to pick up, usually within 2 business days.
Returns Policy
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for non-customised items only.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Return Options
In-store Returns: Drop off your return at our Hertford store during business hours.
Postal Returns: Ship the item back to us using a trackable service.
Return Shipping Costs
