Our design and make service is all about taking a milestone event or a new chapter in someone’s life and creating unique bespoke jewellery that tells this story beautifully. We value your ideas and wishes and our bespoke service is a collaborative process from start to finish. 

We also offer a bespoke remake service. We take a cherished item of jewellery, perhaps inherited from a loved one, and design a new piece using some of the precious elements from the original. Treasured memories are given a new lease of life that starts a new chapter for you with a totally unique, bespoke remake.

The process

We listen

You talk directly with our designer, becoming part of the creative process and helping us uncover the story to be told. For remakes, where we take an existing piece, we look at any gemstones and elements to incorporate into the new design and use these as inspiration.

We design

Our designer then gets to work coming up with concepts and will share these with you for feedback to take into the next stage. It is all about getting the right style and suggesting metals and stones that enhance the story you want to tell..

We finalise

A final design is created and a three-dimensional drawing is created so the you get a real feel for the final piece. Any final tweaks are made and you give the final approval.

We make

Now our experienced craftspeople get to work on the bench in our in-house workshop. We make each piece with love and attention, perfecting the make and finish so that the piece can be handed over to you sparkling and gleaming.
